Keeps logging me out frequently and claims my username/password is incorrect even though I was previously logged in with it. Plus it requires manual sync of data from the Apple health app.

I have to use this awful app to track steps for work so that I can receive a quarterly bonus. It routinely pulls random wrong information and now has stopped syncing with my Garmin altogether. If I werent forced to use this app, I would delete it immediately.

I like the open platfform and being able to connect different devices to it. it is also very cool that i can create my company walkingpree user acct from my mobile app.

Crap. Always crashes. Dosent sync half the time. If you forget to sync for the day, you will never be able to again. It was more pain than it was worth to set up.

Hello Walkingspree, Before I updated to iOS 8, I was able to sync my steps using the application but since the upgrade it no longer works. I have to use the dongle provided with the device which isnt the most convenient thing but at least its an available alternative. Could you please look into a possible iOS 8 fix to resolve this issue ASAP. It would REALLY be appreciated. Thank you kindly

Ive tried deleting and downloading again and the app wont load. Crashes right away.

Since the update both my wife & I have been unable to sync. The app crashes every time we go to sync. We use a 6 & a 5, so its not the phone. Please fix quickly.

Slow to load and update only using cause I am to lazy to use the website New version of the app doesnt load awesome coding job guys you can see the "if it compiles ship it" method at its finest no testing what so ever

Since downloading the app, I havent been able to log my steps because when I open it, it goes back to my home screen. Double tap my home button and its there, but I cant access it. Since I need this to log steps for my insurance, Id like to be able to use the product.

New version crashes app - wont open.

This app is not working since update. I insurance company requires me to record my steps in order to keep my benefit. Now that I cant sync this useless tether I am at risk of losing my benefits. Thanks a lot. PS I cant sync to my computer either because of my company firewall. Go figure

This is for everyone who may have been having crash issue for the last couple of days since the last update. As of 5:06pm EDT I was able to delete and reinstall the app and now it works fine. Looks cool too.

This app automatically updated and now it wont open. Whos going to pay my insurance premium when it goes up???

Please update this app!! Once I got the iOS update today, the app will not open. I need to sync my steps!! Please fix the app soon!!!
