I like the open platfform and being able to connect different devices to it. it is also very cool that i can create my company walkingpree user acct from my mobile app.
Hello Walkingspree,
Before I updated to iOS 8, I was able to sync my steps using the application but since the upgrade it no longer works. I have to use the dongle provided with the device which isnt the most convenient thing but at least its an available alternative. Could you please look into a possible iOS 8 fix to resolve this issue ASAP. It would REALLY be appreciated.

Some bad moments
Keeps logging me out frequently and claims my username/password is incorrect even though I was previously logged in with it. Plus it requires manual sync of data from the Apple health app.
I have to use this awful app to track steps for work so that I can receive a quarterly bonus. It routinely pulls random wrong information and now has stopped syncing with my Garmin altogether. If I werent forced to use this app, I would delete it immediately.
Crap. Always crashes. Dosent sync half the time. If you forget to sync for the day, you will never be able to again. It was more pain than it was worth to set up.
Have not been able to sync Apple Watch/Apple Health since last update.
Ive tried deleting and downloading again and the app wont load. Crashes right away.
Since the update both my wife & I have been unable to sync. The app crashes every time we go to sync. We use a 6 & a 5, so its not the phone. Please fix quickly.
