This app gets 0 stars but at least one is required. This app is required by some health insurances and I cant believe they dont require it to be more reliable. Every time they update the app, it crashes, sometimes immediately on launch, other times when you try to sync the walking spree activity tracker. It makes me wonder if their programmers ever bother to test it. My wife and I have deleted/reinstalled the app multiple times after every update. Maybe in a week they will release a patch that works. Dont even bother with this app unless your health insurance requires it.
The new app continues to crash while I sync. Please fix

After speaking to someone from walkingspree days ago, I still cant sync! Im required to for health insurance purposes! This is lame that it still doesnt work. Delete, reinstall, delete, reinstall and guess what.... Still doesnt work people. Very frustrating
I dont use the Walking Spree app and device because I want to so crashing isnt an inconvenience. Rather I use the device and app because I have to to keep my insurance rates low. With this update I have been able to sync one time and never again. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and the same effect not able to sync. The app continues to run in the background and you can select the app and pull down to sync with the same results. Worst update in the history of updates.
App crashes at startup constantly since upgrade. Had to delete and reinstall to get it to load, but now it crashes every time I try to sync data.
Just loaded new update and it still doesnt sync. As soon as it tries to find the device it shuts down. Ive deleted and added app several times still not working.
This update works great on my wifes iPhone 6 with iOS 8 running, but crashes every time I try to sync data on my iPhone 6 running iOS 9 (despite deleting and reinstalling the app). I cant imagine why developers with any brain power at all would release this app update now considering it coincides with the the release of iOS 9, yet is incompatible...extremely poor planning... Since I use this work to track steps for a job-related incentive program, Ill be sure to forward these concerns to our HR Benefits Team so theyre aware of the issues.
Every time it starts to sync my steps at the "connecting device" point the app just closes out. I tried refreshing my apps, re-starting my phone, clearing the history but it still did it.
Since the ios update and walkingspree update i can not sync my steps the app crashes this is an inconvenience. I have tried uninstalling and logging out nothing works i have reached out for support and the response was it will be fixed by 9/18/15, it is 9/21/15 and still no fix
After loading iOS 9 and downloading the update I am unable to sync my device. Please help. I deleted it and downloaded the app but that didnt help.
Once again inspire dropped the ball on an update. It would be nice if the morons would test the software before they release it. Havent been able to sync in the past 3 days. Thanks for nothing. Deleting and reinstalling the apps does nothing.
Since updating last week Ive been able to sync my data once, I think, although I wouldnt know for sure since I cant do anything within the app without it crashing.....delete, reinstall, crash...delete, reinstall, crash. What masterful programming. Im assuming most people use the app out of insurance premium necessity, not out of convenience, so its not like I can "shop around". But Im also assuming the contract Blue Cross Blue Shield has with yall should pay enough for a programmer to figure this out...soon....just an assumption though....
This needs major improvement. Ive had this app for over a year on hopes things would get better.

You would think that for requiring your clients to use this app for insurance purposes, the app would work properly but it does not. So sick of BCN. Would give it minus stars if I could.
So is the app going to be fixed? Since the update the app wont load and I cant upload my steps. This is critical because I use this for insurance purposes. Obviously a lot of people having same issue. So frustrating!
Everything works again! The new look is sleek and the app does what it should do. Wish it would show how far you are from reaching your quarterly goal.
