Flaky app
Trying to understand why the app continuously fails.
Support desk tells me the same thing all the time:
1. Delete app and reinstall- Support desk version of: "Have you tried to reboot your computer?"
2. I have the oldest version of the app-
Not possible my phone is 3 weeks old.
3. Refuses to answer questions why 3d touch to sync isnt available and why this app isnt capable of auto syncing once a day.
4. Told to sync device on a PC- No, I dont have access to a PC and I shouldnt have to. The mobile app is available, my pedometer has bluetooth and I expect them both to function as they are supposed to.
