Wont download

Horrible product!! I have tried several times to get ahold of someone to get this fixed and I get no where. My insurance has been screwed up because I am "non compliant " which is a joke. Their product wont download and when it does I am often missing steps or entire days. Thanks so much for screwing me over! Hope you figure your crap out, and quick! And the only reason I am giving 1 star is because it wont let me rate it any lower!
